My client is an established high street law firm in Portsmouth, Hampshire. The firm is looking for an NQ Residential Property Solicitor to join a busy department in this critical hire.
You’ll be given the autonomy to run your own caseload under supervision and support within the team, with files from initial instruction through to post completion. You’ll have experience in dealing with sales, purchase, re-mortgages and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties.
You will be active in marketing and business development in order to expand this area of work and gain new clients building good relationships with referrers in the local area.
In return for your hard work, the successful Residential Property Solicitor will be rewarded by working for a firm which strongly believe in its fee earners, developing a close professional relationship with clients, and supplying appropriate mentoring and support to develop your career.
