Our client is an ambitious and rapidly growing life insurance technology company.
They seek a Commercial Lawyer with c.6-10 years PQE and exposure to regulatory and compliance with an in depth knowledge of, and experience in, the insurance and technology sectors.
  
As Head of Legal, Risk and Compliance this role is business critical with a wide operational and strategic remit responsible for all legal and regulatory affairs for the UK Group. Reporting to the Group CEO and based in the UK you will act as a trusted advisor to deliver all legal support on key strategic, financial and reputational importance to the business whilst also undertaking Company Secretarial duties for the UK Group.
