Commercial Property Associate | Wimbledon
Are you actively seeking a new Commercial Property opportunity?
The Role:
My client, a well-established law firm, are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their successful in Wimbledon. Looking for somebody to operate at an Associate level, this position will involve supporting the growth of the department, alongside the Partner.
The workload will include a range of matters, such as grants and assignments of lease, sale and purchase transactions, property finance, development matters and independent legal advice.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you will be a qualified Solicitor, ideally 2-5 PQE, with demonstrable experience of successfully managing your own mixed caseload. Business development experience would be hugely beneficial due to the future plans for growth and corporate/commercial experience would be an advantage, but not essential.
Being focused on providing high-quality client care, you will have excellent communication skills and attention to detail, as well as strong organisational and IT skills.
