A fantastic company based North of Nottingham are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join their busy department.
The Role:
The successful Residential Conveyancer will handle their own caseload of residential property matters including sales and purchase, both leasehold and freehold, remortgages, transfers of equity, new plot purchases, shared ownership, help to buy and right to buy.
Requirements:
The ideal Residential Conveyancer will be 2 years PQE + with previous experience within residential conveyancing. You should have experience running your own caseload from start to completion, and ideally some experience in supervising others.
