A well-established regional law firm with a great reputation across the region are looking for Conveyancing Assistant to join their team.

As an expanding, specialist property law department who deliver a high-quality legal service, they are looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant/Secretary to support the team based in our Warrington office.

The successful Conveyancing Assistant will be supporting a full and varied caseload of freehold, leasehold sales and purchases from start to finish.

Have at least 2 years' experience as a Conveyancing Assistant/Secretary and hold good knowledge of the full sale and purchase process with experience with Proclaim is and added desirable.

In return the successful candidate can expect a generous salary on offer dependant on experience as well as a whole host of additional staff benefits including 22 days holiday with opportunity to accrue more, onsite parking and Life insurance scheme.
