Locum Residential Conveyancing Legal Officer

Venn Group`s specialist legal team are excited to be recruiting for a Residential Property Legal Officer to join a busy Local Authority in the East Midlands. The position is offered for an initial period of 3 months in duration and the client is looking for someone to carry out the role on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate will be a Legal Officer ot Paralegal with previous experience specialising in Residential Property Law. Whilst it is desirable that candidates have a Local Authority background, those possessing relevant experience gained in Private Practice will also be considered.

The focus of the position will be working on an project that is centred upon buying back ex-council houses. Other duties will include right to buy and landlord and tenant matters.
