The Role:

-As a residential property solicitor, licensed conveyancer, legal executive or a residential conveyancer to you will be running the full remit of conveyancing transactions from inception through to completion with one on one support from a conveyancing assistant
-You will have the opportunity to work 4 days from home per week if so desired
-The caseload is manageable and varied which will include:

* Sales and purchases
* Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property
* Extensive client contact
* Re-mortgages
* Leasehold flats
* Newbuilds
* Transfers of Equity

Requirements:

-Must have experience in running a sale and purchase caseload
-A residential property solicitor, licensed conveyancer, legal executive or a residential conveyancer will be considered
-Keen desire to work within a forward thinking firm
