Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Locum

Job description: A Private Practice in the West Yorkshire has approached Venn Group’s Legal team to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/case handler to join their team on a locum basis.
The successful candidate will have experience:
- Compiling complex completion statements and drafting contract documentation
- Checking contract papers, raising enquiries and checking searches
- Liaising with clients, estate agents and solicitors and controlling the process from commencement to post completion without supervision
- Dealing with a caseload of circa cases
The successful candidate will be an experienced Solicitor who has 5 years PQE. Candidates who want to explore and temporary to permeant agreement are encouraged to apply for this role.
Salary: £35-£45 per hour
