Description
The Remote Working Probate Solicitor will join a large national team and deal exclusively with probate and estate management work. The candidate will deal with their own caseload of files some of which will be high value matters. The caseload will also include some business or complex estates and you will use a case management system dealing with files from instruction to completion.
Profile
You will be a Probate Solicitor or Private Client lawyer who is keen to deal with purely probate work. It is helpful that you live within an hours commute of Sheffield as the Remote Working Probate Solicitor will need to go into the office from time to time.
