A company commercial solicitor is required by this Legal 500 law firm, based in the Bishops Stortford and London area, that has been recognised as one of the best small businesses to work for.
You will ideally have between 4-8 years PQE as a company commercial solicitor which will have been gained in an established and recognised commercial law firm. Your experience will include shareholders agreements, partnerships and LLP's, finance agreements, corporate lending and general commercial matters.
On offer is a market rate salary with a full benefits package and a collegiate and supportive environment. You will act for local SME's as well as some national companies with an excellent level of autonomy and direct client contact from the outset.
