The Role:

My client are a well-established regional law firm, who are currently seeking a Family Solicitor to join their established team in Hertford. There will also be some travel required to other offices, such as London.

This position would suit a Junior Solicitor who is looking to take on modest cases with a variety of family work, with the caseload initially being low and building over time. The sorts of matters to expect include pre-nuptial agreements, children matters, Family Law Act applications and divorce & financial agreements. In addition to running your own caseload, you will also support other fee earners as and when required.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you will be a qualified Solicitor with experience in Family Law, you will be able to work independently with minimal supervision on your own caseload and have strong communication and negotiation skills. IT proficiencies such as Word and Excel are a requirement and knowledge of social media platforms will be required for marketing purposes.

Due to commuting between offices, having access to your own vehicle is important.
