Senior Residential Conveyancer

I am currently recruiting for a Senior Residential Conveyancer with a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm with Multiple offices across the North West.

The role will be located at the firms Stockport office and suitable candidate will be responsible for and be able to complete the full spectrum of residential property fee-earning work including the purchase of new build properties, the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties ,transfers of equity and shared ownership properties unsupervised

Experienced Senior Residential Conveyancer with a minimum of 4 years' experience of fee earning work, my client is also happy to consider more senior candidates as well.

Salaries on this role is negotiable depending on experience ranging between £30,000-£40,000 and includes excellent staff benefits including 24 days holiday + bank holidays which can increase with service.
