THE OPPORTUNITY

The firm is recruiting a residential property solicitor, legal executive, licensed conveyancer or an experienced residential conveyancer to work full or part-time from home
You do not need to quote and generate your own business as you will be fully supported by the firm's in-house account and administration teams who will look after i. post completion for you freeing up your time to focus on your strength: conveyancing
Depending on your caseload, you will be assigned your own legal assistant who will support you with all admin tasks such as file progression and liaising with clients to keep them updated
You will be supported by the Head of Legal if you have any technical questions

REQUIREMENTS

Ideally you will have at least 3 years' experience handling your own files (i. leasehold, freehold, re-mortgage, new build transactions)
Self-motivated and able to work independently
A keen eye for detail and high levels of communication are a must
Enjoys a busy role
Able to work as part of and integrate into a small team that is social and supportive of each other
