THE ROLE:
A new opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and forward-thinking Corporate Solicitor looking to join a leading corporate team. They advise clients across a range of sectors from start-ups to mergers and acquisitions, buy-outs and buy-ins, development capital fund raisings, re-financings and exits. The firm is looking to add a talented and driven Corporate Solicitor to its already growing and successful corporate team.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Corporate Solicitor will have at least 3 years PQE and a proven background in dealing with all types of corporate related matters. If you are ambitious and looking to specialise in corporate work then this is the opportunity for you.
