A Top 100 law firm is looking to appoint an additional Commercial Property Solicitor into its team in Manchester to handle a varied caseload of residential development matters.
The Commercial Property Solicitor will be:
- Advising an array of clients compromising of landowners, national and regional house builders and affordable housing
- Handling a caseload including site acquisition, disposal and set ups, planning, infrastructure agreements and investments
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor’s skills and experience:
- 2+ years’ PQE
- Proven track record handling residential development matters or a keen interest in specialising in this sector
- A confident communicator
- Enjoy client contact
- Excellent marketing and business development skills
