Commercial Contracts Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercial contracts manager to work in-house for a leading global organisation, this is a permanent vacancy. The successful individual will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts whilst managing exposure to risk and compliance policies. The commercial contracts manager will be required to work remotely.
An integral part of the role will be to work closely with the sales team to encourage the consistent use of processes, tools and templates. You will be required to build strong relationships with regional and international sales teams. Further duties will include drafting responses to customer requests and changes to standard terms and conditions. The commercial contracts manager will ensure adherence to contracting and approval processes in line with corporate policies and regulations.
Candidates will have gained previous experience of reviewing and drafting commercial contracts and possess excellent negotiation skills. Strong commercial awareness is a prerequisite coupled with first class communication and problem solving skills. Familiarity with Salesforce is highly advantageous.
Applicants will possess fluency in English as well as one of the following languages, German, French, Spanish or Polish.
