The corporate team at this top tier practice have an excellent reputation throughout the UK. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a corporate solicitor to join a national practice taking on complex, interesting and highly valuable work for a stellar client base.

This is a fantastic corporate team who provide a supportive and flexible working environment whilst still undertaking excellent quality work. The successful corporate solicitor can expect to be involved in a range of mergers, acquisitions, restructuring and joint ventures. You will act for large SMEs, national and international businesses. The firm are known to be an excellent employer, who do their best to promote employee welfare.

Applications are sought from newly qualified solicitors with at least a single corporate training seat gained with a reputable national practice. Candidates will ideally have broad exposure, be able to handle some matters autonomously and also willing to get involved with the rest of the team on larger deals.
