This employment solicitor role is to play a strategic role at a senior level within the firm's employment department. You will help manage the department and work to take the employment offering to the next stage.


What you'll need to succeed

You should be an experienced employment lawyer who is well versed in handling your own caseload and in managing client relationships. Whilst a client following is not a requirement, you should be comfortable in winning work and in undertaking business development.
