Corporate Solicitor

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Solicitor or Associate to join a leading team within a Legal 500 firm in Cambridge.

The firm has a clear strategic vision for the future and an aim to achieve further growth via new client wins and lateral hires from the market.

The Corporate Solicitor will advise across a range of corporate sectors, including:

  • Start-ups
  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Buy-outs and buy-ins
  • Development capital fund raisings
  • Re-financings and exits

The successful Corporate Solicitor’s skills and experience:

  • 3+ years’ PQE
  • A proven background in dealing with all types of corporate related matters
  • Strong ambition
  • A desire to specialise in corporate work
