Probate Solicitor - remote working / no chargeable hours

We are working with an organisation who are looking to recruit a Probate Solicitor to join their national team.

Description

This is a unique opportunity to join a national team delivering probate legal solutions and advice to range of clients. You would be working as part of a large and experienced team, with a number of senior and junior lawyers.

The company has a base in the Midlands although there will be the opportunity work from home for the role - with only occasional visits to the office for training purposes etc.

This would be a great opportunity for a lawyer who is looking to work on a busy and often complex caseload of Probate matters and is looking to move away from the traditional private practice model. There are no chargeable hours and time recording, which may appeal to solicitors who find this a frustrating element of working within a law firm.

The pipeline of work is very secure and you would be joining at a very busy time for the organisation.

Profile

Our client will consider a range of qualified (ILEX or UK qualified solicitors) legal candidates. There are roles for candidates with at least 1 years' experience in Probate/Private Client work and roles for more experienced candidates who can pick up management responsibilities too.

You will have extensive experience in Probate matters.
