Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

My client is an outstanding law firm based in the East Midlands, now looking to recruit an experienced residential conveyancing paralegal to join the firm on a full time, permanent basis in Leicester.

You will join the firm’s conveyancing department where you will assist a team leader and conveyancer with both conveyancing and admin tasks.

Your key duties will include, but will not be limited to:

• Completing post completion tasks
• Processing client correspondence
• Processing client ID checks
• Ordering property searches
• Completing file opening and closing procedures
• Liaising with clients and third parties

You must be an enthusiastic individual with an appetitive to learn and develop, as well as having previous experience working as a conveyancing paralegal.
