Due to continued growth, my client who is a highly reputable law firm based in Leicester, is now looking for an experienced conveyancing plot sales fee earner to join their successful conveyancing department.
You will join a highly motivated and supportive conveyancing department where you will handle a caseload of plot sales transactions on behalf of housebuilders and developer clients. You will be either a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer capable of running a caseload from start to finish.
In order to be considered for this plot sales conveyancing fee earner role based in Leicester you must be confident in the above as well as working with developers and solicitors alike, be able to work under pressure as well as being able to achieve exchange targets on behalf of clients.
