Residential Property Solicitor - Leeds

The Role:

-You will be a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or a Residential Conveyancer
-You will be running the full remit of conveyancing transactions from start to finish with full support, within its real estate department
-The caseload is varied and will include:

-Sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, help to by purchases, sales, lease extensions and probate sales
-Liaising effectively with clients and 3rd parties
-Delivering the highest level service

Requirements:

-You will having previous experience acting as a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or a Residential Conveyancer running the full remit of conveyancing transactions
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Desire to deal with quality conveyancing matters within a Tier 1 ranked law firm
