Real Estate Senior Associate

Experienced Real Estate Senior Associate Solicitor required for a new role within a leading national firm, to be based in their highly rated Sheffield office.

Our client is a leading national law firm which is highly regarded across all commercial legal disciplines. Their highly rated Real Estate team covers a wide range of Commercial Property matters including property development, investment, asset management, funding, landlord and tenant and real estate tax. Clients range from large property development and management companies, to corporate occupiers and institutional public sector organisations.

Due to expansion, its excellent Sheffield team is now looking to recruit an experienced Real Estate solicitor. It is looking to speak to those Real Estate solicitors with a minimum of 5PQE in Real Estate, with your training and experience ideally gained at a recognized commercial firm, well- regarded for its property work. The ideal candidate will also have particular experience of advising on acquisitions and disposals, as well as landlord & tenant and development matters.
