Ryder Reid is seeking an experienced Securitisation Lawyer to join a US law firm an on-going temporary basis.

The firm is looking for someone who could help out their CLO practice on an on-going basis. The practice has extensive experience with both cashflow and synthetic total return structures and has actively represented issuers, underwriters, and collateral managers in collateralized loan obligation ("CLO") transactions and related product types.

Suitable candidates will be qualified (any jurisdiction) and have some relevant experience in warehouse lending, structured products, securitisation work and CLO's. Candidates must be available to commence a new role asap, and be happy to work overtime as/when necessary.
