Title Checker (Residential Conveyancing) - Northamptonshire – A well regarded practice seek a diligent Title Checker to work within a busy Conveyancing department.
JOB TITLE: Title Checker (Residential Conveyancing)
LOCATION: Northamptonshire
SALARY: £25,000 - £28,000
THE ROLE:
The appointed individual will be working within a busy department. You will be required to check the titles of both freehold and leasehold properties, raising queries, interpreting and reporting, liaising with the conveyancing team and assisting when necessary. You will be proficient using case management systems and work in a timely manner.
THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will either be a qualified solicitor or Legal Executive with previous experience working within a similar role. Excellent communication and organisation is essential to succeed in the role. You will working confidently to meet tight deadlines as well as offering unrivalled client service.
