JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
PQE REQUIRED: 4+ years
LOCATION: Northamptonshire
SALARY: Up to circa £24,000 plus company car / car allowance / fuel card

This role requires the appointed individual to undertake a lot of travelling to clients home to support clients. You will be meeting clients face to face so a high level of professionalism and customer service is required for this role.

A unique opportunity for someone who is looking for a position that doesn’t involve the pressures of deadlines and a fee earning caseload.

Ideal Candidates will possess the ability to deal with equity release matters, although full training will be provided.

You must have a full and clean driving license, you will be provided with a car allowance/ company car/ fuel card.
