Residential Conveyancer
Newcastle
QED Legal are recruiting for an experienced Residential Conveyancer for a leading North East Law firm to be based in their Newcastle office. Salary will be negotiable depending upon experience and will be to c£35K.
The role will involve independently handling your own caseload of sales and purchase files (both leasehold and freehold). The department is extremely busy and the work coming in will encompass all aspects of a conveyancing caseload. It is anticipated the successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years proven experience of successfully running a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing work from start to finish.
