Family Solicitor

A top City firm is looking at growing their market leading Family practice.

You’ll be an ambitious and driven 2-5 PQE Family Solicitor, looking for the opportunity to work in a highly ranked Legal 500 team and undertake some of the most complex and challenging work on the market. 

The team has an outstanding reputation for family law and has a particular focus on finance work for HNW, whose wealth stems from their intellectual property assets. 

You’ll be working across all areas of family law including divorce and separation; the breakdown of civil partnerships; cohabitation disputes; jurisdictional disputes and enforcement; pre- and post-nuptial agreements

The Role

• Will frequently involve HNW individuals, CEOs and high-profile individuals.
• Divorce and separation, civil partnership breakdown, cohabitation disputes and jurisdictional disputes.
• Advising on various complex assets and trust structures, including locating hidden assets.

Requirements

• Family Solicitor, 2-5 PQE – Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
• Strong academic background.
• Ideally having worked with a family Legal 500 tier 1-3 firm.

You’ll need to be a tenacious and technically excellent Family Solicitor, who is looking to be part of a top-quality team and have real progression opportunities.
