Commercial Property Solicitor

An established firm is looking to appoint an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team in Milton Keynes. 

The Commercial Property Solicitor will carry out a broad range of real estate work, including work with:

  • Landlords
  • Tenants
  • Developers
  • Commercial clients

You will be the ‘go to’ person for the firm for all commercial property related queries, and will have secretarial support

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor’s skills and experience:

  • 2-3 years’ PQE dealing with commercial property work
  • Excellent commercial acumen
  • Decisive and driven nature
  • Confidence working with a wide variety of clients
  • Demonstrable competency in drafting contractual documents
