Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

Salary: £20,000-£25,000 (DOE)

Location: London

Permanent, Location

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Paralegal with experience in Residential Conveyancing to join a highly regarded Residential Conveyancing team based in London. This is a fantastic role for a highly motivated individual who is capable work autonomously, dedicated to delivering excellent client service as well as working successfully within a team.

The Role:

· Supporting members of the Residential Conveyancing team with procedural aspects of transactions

· Managing your own caseload subject to supervision

· Dealing with clients and third parties from the commencement of the transaction through to completion

· Ensuring clients are kept to date at all times

· Preparing and finalising contract packs

· Managing and conducting new development plot sales and purchases

· Ordering searches and reviewing the result

· Drafting reports on title subject to supervision

· Dealing with miscellaneous enquiries relating to previous and current conveyancing transactions

· Reporting on and preparation of security documentation for execution

· Progressing cases from exchange of contracts to completion

· Dealing with the post completion aspects of transactions

· Responding and dealing with Land Registry enquiries and progressing applications through to completion of registration

· Undertaking any other duties and administrative tasks as required

Person Specifics:

· At least 18 months experience as a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal or Legal Executive

· Great attention to detail with the ability to multi task

· Able to provide an excellent client service

· Strong verbal and written communication skills
