Residential Conveyancer
Teesside
Teesside conveyancing fee-earner opportunity. This long-established firm is seeking a conveyancer to join the team. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and is expected to be upwards of £25000.
The Firm
The firm have been established for almost 100 years and have offices across the region which provide the range of personal legal services synonymous with all good quality high street firms.
The Role
The role will involve handling a caseload of 90-110 freehold and leasehold matters which will include sales and purchases, help to buy, re-mortgages, new builds, lease extensions; and buy to let. You would be expected to be able to deals with transactions from initial instruction through to post completion including title checking. Much of the work comes from the local community so there will be a client facing element to this position.
About You.
You should have a minimum of 2 years experience handling your own caseload. You should be confident using a case management system and be able to work to deadlines. The successful candidate should have excellent client care skills as helping to build up the department is an essential element of this role.
