Employment Solicitor (Associate or Snr Associate)

You will be joining a tope tier ranked Employment Law team and have the opportunity to work with a tremendous client base across a number of sectors to include charities, education, food and beverage, health, sport and technology. As a technology -led and forward thinking law firm, staff are given the opportunity to work from home or the office and this is an individual choice. 

Ideally you will have gained at least 4 years PQE as a Solicitor and have experience of running your own respondent matters however good quality claimant experience will also be considered. You will be joining an office with a team of 5, however this is part of a wider national team with 50 lawyers. Progression is encouraged and development to become a Senior Associate, Principal Associate or Partner is welcomed.

The team deal with both contentious and non-contentious work and have a reputation for servicing large clients and providing an outstanding quality of work. The role will be dealing with mostly respondent work advising an impressive range of regional and national clients, and some individuals. You will be dealing with a wide range of employment matters including review of contracts and policies and procedures, advising on termination of employment, advising and drafting on settlement agreements, providing corporate support on commercial agreements and corporate transactions, and representation during employment tribunal cases.

Salary for this opportunity will be based on PQE level however will likely fall within £45,000 - £70,000 with a fantastic benefits package as well as a relaxed working environment which is encouraged by the ability to work from home.
