Contracts Locum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Contracts Locum to join a University in the South West on a complete remote working basis.

This position is offered on a full-time basis for an initial period of up to 6 months, with a probability of further extension dependent upon workload.  Part-time applicants will also be considered.

The successful candidate will have experience working on a wide range of commercial contracts within the public sector including experience advising on matters relating to public procurement law.  An   understanding of intellectual property law and experience of advising on research contracts and collaboration agreements would be desirable.

The position would be suited to a qualified Solicitor who holds experience of working within an academic institution or who comes from an in-house or private practice dealing specifically with IP matters.

The role is offering an attractive rate of between £40-50 per hour dependent upon experience.
