Corporate 1PQE+ (US Firm)

Due to growth and a steady increase in pipeline of work, a fantastic opportunity for a corporate lawyer, with circa 1.5PQE, to join the London office of a leading US firm to work on a range of private equity, private M&A and general corporate transactions.

Candidates seeking to apply for this position must be UK qualified, with a strong academic background and both private equity and M&A deal experience, gained within a well-respected corporate practice. The partners are looking for someone who has enjoyed a lot of exposure to work and clients for their level. Training is both formal and on the job and taken very seriously. Culturally known to be a fun team in which to work.
