Assured Health Advisory / Inquests  Solicitor sought by commercial law firm in Nottingham for new role within Healthcare Regulatory and Professional Discipline.

Role to be based in central Nottingham

THE ROLE:

The team do a range of work for clients from SME to household name companies

The work is varied: providing a broad range of expert advice to healthcare professionals facing NHS, professional discipline (regulatory) and criminal investigations, responding to patient complaints, involved in inquests or defending clinical negligence claims.

They have well-established team and are now looking to bring in another experienced Solicitor to the team – ideally to focus on advocacy and inquest work

THE CANDIDATE:

Ideally they are looking for someone with between 4PQE+ in Healthcare Regulatory and/or other Professional Disciplinary work, however they welcome applications from proven litigators who are interested in moving into and focussing within this exciting area.
