Home Working Residential Conveyancer

Are you looking to work from home 100% of the time on a permanent basis?

We are currently recruiting for one of the largest conveyancing law firms in the UK which is expanding nationally and looking for conveyancers to work from home.

This firm specialises in conveyancing and has perfected this process over its long and successful history.

They now seek to appoint experienced residential conveyancers who would like to work within a high performing, fast paced role, based from home.

As an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of conveyancing transactions, focusing on client service/care and keeping regular contact with clients who include estate agents and other solicitors. Your transactions will be varied and include usual conveyancing, right to buy and help to buy on both leasehold and freehold properties.

There is no need for business development in this role – the work is there for you!

To apply for this role, it is essential that you are accustomed to managing a caseload of 80+ residential property files at any one time from start to finish, with very minimal support.

You will either be a Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive, or perhaps unqualified Fee Earner with at least 4 years’ experience already.

You will need to reside in the UK.

In addition to the home working environment, you will also benefit from an annual bonus based on completion targets, compliance and customer service satisfaction. You will be set up from home with a computer.

Competitive salary up to £35k – and no commuting or parking costs! You will get support from a dedicated enquiries team and post completions team where necessary.

Please apply today for this home working residential conveyancing solicitor role.
