A Legal 500 firm is looking for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join their busy team.
QED Legal are recruiting a Property Litigation Solicitor for one of Kent's leading firms. The department work on high value and complex property claims and advisory work across a variety of sectors on behalf of major developers and property investment companies. The work includes construction disputes, overage, clawback, and restrictive covenants.
The successful candidate will have experience of running their own caseload gained at a leading City or regional firm. You will have excellent drafting skills, strong client management skills and good attention to detail.
