Civil Litigation Solicitor / Head of Department | Preston

An experienced Solicitor is wanted to join a highly regarded and established firm with multiple offices in Lancashire.

The firm is looking for an experienced, proactive, ambitious litigator to advise on General Civil Litigation (e. property disputes, commercial contract claims, partnership/shareholder disputes, consumer claims, personal injury, boundary disputes). Experience of contentious private would also be an advantage.

The role would be suitable to someone with a minimum of 5 PQE and candidates must have the ability to run a caseload from start to finish and you will have sound knowledge and a proven track record. You will have excellent communication and business development skills.

This is an opportunity to lead a Civil Litigation Department, with an immediate start available for the most suitable candidate.
