Construction Solicitor (Non-Contentious)

QED Legal are working with a long standing, Top 200 law firm who are looking for a talented and ambitious Construction Solicitor with expertise in non-contentious work to join them in central Sheffield.

The firm have been a mainstay in Birmingham and the West Midlands for a number of years and have established a fantastic reputation as a genuine alternative to some of the other national and international firms in the city, dealing with well-known household name clients and quality work.

They are looking for a, up to 5 years PQE, Construction Solicitor with a non-contentious background to join their small and highly experienced friendly team.

The role will be working with a client base that includes large corporate and commercial clients, developers and contractors dealing with negotiating and drafting high value construction contracts and advising on development obligations on complex property development agreements.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a close-knit team alongside highly regarded and leading construction lawyers from the region, with excellent career prospects.
