Description
Key responsibilities for a Conflicts Lawyer will include but are not limited to the following:
- Dealing with the firm's conflict of interest matters
- Handling engagement terms and client care
- Managing protection of confidential information issues
- Handling information barrier and document security procedures
Profile
The successful Conflicts Lawyer will have good knowledge and understanding of the rules and regulations law firms must abide by. They will be a strong team player but also able to work well autonomously. They will preferably have worked at a similar international firm.
