Our client is a highly ranked Legal 500 firm that is seeking a solicitor to join the Private Client team in the Inverness office.
This varied role with high levels of client contact will give you opportunities to deal with all aspects of wills, trusts, executries, adults with incapacity matters and estate planning (to include inheritance and capital gains tax issues). Those who are STEP qualified are desired, but this is not compulsory.
You must manage your time well and be a keen team player with a focus on business development.
