Our client has one of largest national corporate teams in the UK, with its national Corporate team advising on 1 in 35 of all corporate transactions in the UK. The firms accomplished national team offer a partner lead approach on every corproate transaction. The firm consistently act as trusted advisers for clients in sectors as diverse as manufacturing and retail, recruitment and education.  

The firms offices in Reading seek a Corporate Associate Solicitor or Senior Associate to join its expanding team based in Reading.
 
The ideal candidate for this position will be ideally 5 - 10 years PQE.
 
In the main you will be dealing with:
  • Business ownership disputes
  • Directors’ duties and corporate governance
  • Employee ownership trusts
  • Equity capital markets
  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Private equity
  • Transaction support and due diligence
 
The ideal candidate will be keen to develop their skills in this area within a leading national team, interacting effectively with colleagues and clients at every level and actively engaging in business development as and when needed.
