We are currently working on behalf of a fast growing company in South Lincolnshire, who pride themselves on delivering an exceptional customer service experience. As a growing company they are enthusiastic to support and develop all staff on their career paths and are seeking to appoint a Conveyancing Fee Earner.

The Role:

  • The conveyancing Fee Earner will have the ability to manage a busy and varied caseload to include:
  • Sales and purchases
  • Freehold and Leasehold
  • Re-mortgages
  • Transfer of Equity files from quotes and initial instruction through to post-completion


The ideal Conveyancing Fee Earner will have 3 years within residential conveyancing and be able to run your own large volume caseload from start to completion, and ideally some experience in supervising others.

As a growing company, the right candidate will be ambitious and be able to start the role with gusto making an immediate impact. You will be passionate about delivering an exceptional service and be able to work independently and as part of a team. You will be experienced in using technical case management systems.


  • Salary £25000 - £32000 DOE
