Locum Civil and Criminal Litigation Lawyer REMOTE WORKING

Locum Remote Civil and Criminal Litigation Lawyer (up to £48 p/h umbrella dependent on experience)

Venn Group's specialist legal team are delighted to be recruiting for a Locum Civil and Criminal Litigation Lawyer with a Local Authority based in the West Midlands.

The team are looking for someone to carry out the role for an initial period of 3 months on a full-time basis, it will be worked entirely remotely for the foreseeable future.  

Day to day responsibilities may include:

• Drafting civil and criminal proceedings in housing law and ASB cases and presenting these cases in court
• Conducting appeals from Committee to Magistrates Court
• Advising on the Grenfell Tower Enquiry
• Advising on numerous areas of law such as judicial review, Council policies including the Equity Act, tree safety, mental health and Court of Protection possession actions

The role is offering up to £48 p/h umbrella dependent upon experience.
