A great opportunity for an experienced conveyancer to join an established and successful property department at this well known Hove firm with one of the busiest residential teams locally and plenty of scope to develop commercial growth.
A local firm having steadily grown and built their reputation over a number of decades offering legal services and advice to both commercial and private clients across Sussex. The property team as a whole have always had a strong pipeline of work and have build some excellent relationships with local agents, brokerages and also see a lot of repeat business from existing clients and referral from their families and friends.
The Property department are seeking to appoint an experienced residential conveyancer be that qualified solicitor, legal executive or a CLC licensed practitioner. You should be able to competently manage your own caseload without supervision. The residential team are incredibly busy right now and therefore require an individual who is able 'hit the road running', take advantage of the current high peak in transactions and then further build on existing commercial relationships and develop new opportunities for growth after what is currently an exceptionally busy time within the conveyancing sector.
The team deal with the full remit of residential work therefore in depth technical knowledge of a broad range of residential matters is key in order to excel in this role as well as familiarity of case managements systems and a desire to engage in networking an marketing activity. The firm are looking for a committed individual who is keen to secure a long term position with options for further professional development and seniority in the firm being very realistic opportunities.
