LAW Absolute is working with a local authority based in South London who are seeking an Adult Social Care Lawyer for three months initially.
The successful Adult Social Care Lawyer will be expected to advise on all matters relation to Adult Social Care to include:
- Ordinary Residence Issues,
- Deprivation of Liberty,
- Court of Protection,
- Mental Capacity and ,
- No Recourse to Public Funds
Ideally you will have local government experience and are able to work autonomously. This is currently a remote working position. It is essential you have carried a caseload in the areas listed above in order to be considered.
