A top 100 law firm based in Birmingham City Centre is seeking to recruit a senior plot sales paralegal to join their well-known residential development team. This team has a very strong offering to affordable housing providers and as they are growing they are looking for a paralegal to join their affordable housing conveyancing team.
As a senior plot sales paralegal in this team you will join on a fixed term contract of 12 months. Your role will be to run your own caseload to include sales of plots and sale and purchase of residential properties and land for registered providers.
To be considered you must have previous experience of working in a residential development related role, however any candidate with experience in the residential property sector, having worked in a similar role, are encouraged to apply.
