PQE REQUIRED: 2+ years PQE

THE ROLE:
A highly skilled Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive is highly sought after to join a growing and expanding residential property department in Cambridge. As the selected Residential Property Lawyer you will be conducting a full and challenging caseload of residential property matters such as sales and purchases, transfer of equity, freehold and leasehold and also new builds. Managing an existing caseload you will be acting on behalf of private residential clients and developers and be expected to play an active role in business development.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers who possess the capability to deal with residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion. You will either be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with circa 2+ years PQE in conducting your own caseload of residential property matters such as transfer of equity, sales and purchases, remortgages and also both freehold and leasehold matters. This position would suit client focused individuals who are in need of a new challenge within a friendly and supportive environment and possess the ability to manage their own caseload of matters.
