Description
The successful commercial real estate solicitor will be responsible for advising clients on the following matters.
- Purchase, sale and development of commercial property
- Investment and asset management
- Complex landlord and tenant and advice
- Secured lending work
- Acquisition disposals
Profile
You will have 1+ PQE gained and a regional of City of London practice. You will be able to advise on a range of commercial real estate matters autonomously, as well as working closely with partners on larger transactions.
